Apple leafcurling midge - Life cycle on pipfruit in northern New Zealand

This life cycle refers to areas in the north of the North Island where there are 6-7 generations per year, and there is overlap of generations in mid- to late-summer. The life cycle in Hawkes Bay is similar to this in warm, wet seasons, when population build up occurs in mid-late summer.
