Froggatt's apple leafhopper honeydew and sooty mould

The honeydew of Froggatt's apple leafhopper provides a substrate for sooty mould which give the droplets a dark brown colour. This may occur on the upper (as here) or lower leaf surfaces. Leaf chlorosis is also visible, caused by leafhopper feeding.
